Booking conditions:
The reservation becomes effective when the customer has give a credit card number + expire date.
In case of cancellation by the customer at least fifteen days before the date of arrival, 50 % of the cost will be incharge
In case of cancellation by the Gayresort Vieux Donjon, the customer will be fully reimbursed for this payment.
Rules of Procedure
Admissions are between 12:00 and 23:00.
The rooms must be check out no later than 11:00 am
Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Meals are served from 12:30 to 14:00 and 21:00 to 19:30
The pool is open from 8:00 to 23:00 and hammam 17:00 to 19:00 and 21:00 to 23:00
Naturism is permitted in the private courtyard and a pool. It is not allowed in the park.
The rooms are non-smokers.
In cases where a customer smokes in the room, a flat rate of 20 euros cleaning curtains and bedding will be charged.
